For a trainer to be exceptional, they must blend several qualities. These include being a good listener, enthusiastic about lifelong learning, motivating their trainees to be better, thinking strategically to maximise training opportunities and provide timely and constructive feedback. To nominate a consultant trainer from your region please complete the following survey monkey, using specific examples to illustrate how your nominated Consultant trainer demonstrates this exceptional behaviour.

Regional nominations will be anonymised and assessed by the PLASTA Executive Committee to choose a national winner. The national winner will be formally acknowledged at PLASTA Congress and the BAPRAS Winter Scientific Meeting in December 2024. There will be bronze, silver and gold awards this year.

NB: Only substantive consultants are eligible to be nominated for Trainer of the Year.
